Beth Freeze, MSW, LISW-S
I am a social worker by training and have spent my professional career working alongside vulnerable children and families. I bring a passion for faith, experience in direct service and trauma focused nonprofit organizations, and an unwavering belief in the resilience of children and the power of unconditional love and support. I am honored to be part of the important work of PLF, creating opportunities for children to reach their potential.

DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT
Kim Noe
I attended Eastern Kentucky University and have a degree in Organizational Communication. I work as both a State Farm Agent (since 1998) and as PLF’s Development Assistant (since 2023). I enjoy traveling, reading, music and watching the Kentucky Wildcats play basketball. I have 2 daughters, Sophie and Nancy-Brooke, and am happily married to Bill Noe.
