From its beginning, PLF has been built on a spirit of community, of men and women for and with others.
PLF runs almost entirely on volunteer support, always remaining focused on what is best for the children and youth in Lima. Our highly involved Board of Trustees, and steadfast Trustees Emeriti, carefully govern the organization, supported by a part-time Executive Director.
